Sign up here for the upcoming Ongo session. We'll meet Monday evening at 8 pm ET starting January 15th. This Ongo will be a 12 week program. (The group may choose to start at 7:30 pm after the 1st meeting at 8pm ET. Any time change will be decided by consensus.)
Join others seeking to develop the ability to be nonviolent, by learning practices like mindfulness meditation, Nonviolent Communication, gratitude, forgiveness, and more. Many CCL members have found that the skills they learn in Ongo enhance their lives and ultimately their work within CCL. The group will be collectively led, using the guidance offered in The Ongo Book 2.0: Everyday Nonviolence , which contains a full course of training. Ongo requires a significant time commitment.
